‘Second Breakfast’ stops are some of our favorites on the road– and Mom’s Cafe in Salina, Utah is a real gem– part of the tradition of little restaurants that were so clearly marked by a founding matriarch, and so important to the community, the business continues on, long after her passing.
This one’s been serving up food since 1929– and that food, by the way, was excellent.
