Dive of the Week: Root Cafe in Little Rock

In Little Rock, the Root Cafe offered a delightful setting for “second breakfast” as we rolled into town.

I ordered a “breakfast bahn mi” — which consisted of two scrambled eggs, with a relish of pickled daikon-carrot on top, and a house-made garlic mayo and hoisin, and sriracha, topped with jalapeno. It was absolutely, positively delicious.

5 stars– would DEFINITELY do again.
